HIGH-FILTRATION VACUUM. If necessary we vacuum with a high filtration cleaning system specifically designed for deep down soil removal.
MOVE LARGE FURNISHINGS. We will move larger furnishings – such as chairs and tables – but for insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive.

PRE-SPRAY. Next we will apply a pre-spray to heavily soiled areas which lifts oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspends them ready to be quickly and safely extracted using our state-of-the-art, patented Hot Carbonating Extraction machine.
HOT WATER EXTRACTION. Our exclusive solution has been developed by chemists to have the best cleaning solution around.At the same time as spraying we simultaneously extracts the solution from your furnishings, and as we don’t use any cheap sticky detergents there’s nothing left to cause resoiling. Typically we use about a quarter of the water a normal steam cleaner would use, so there’s no breeding ground for bugs left behind.
DRY EXTRACTION. We use a further dry extraction pass to remove as much solution as possible and then pass a soft absorbent cotton pad over the carpet to remove that last little bit of soiling that extraction alone can’t remove. This also dries the carpet further.
PROTECTIVE TABS. Furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective pads under the legs. Why? Well sometimes the moisture left in the carpet will leach out any colour or stain finish from the furniture , leaving a very difficult to remove carpet stain.
GROOMING. Where, appropriate we’ll groom your carpet to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming rake over the carpet to ensure the fibres are as tangle-free as possible.
RAPID-DRY™. Finally, if necessary, we’ll use a special Airmover to rapidly dry your furnishings, so you can use them much quicker than normal.
